If you have problems with Internet Explorer
When you attempt to” View Shopping Cart” and “Check
Out” from this web page
Some users have experienced
difficulty in “Viewing the Shopping Cart” and/or “Checking Out” when making
purchases from www.shakespearefellowshiponlinestore.com

The problem appears to stem
from the “Popup Blocker” feature on Internet Explorer. If your Internet Explorer does not have the
necessary settings, using the above commands can provoke a “fatal error”
condition.
One way to avoid this is to install
Mozilla Firefox, and alternative web browser, which can be downloaded for free
from www.firefox.com. A good friend
recommended this to me as a way of avoiding some of the aggravation which can be
a constant problem with Internet Explorer.
Firefox does not remove
Internet Explorer; it only offers an alternative.
If you wish to fix the
problem while still using Internet
Explorer, I have found another solution.
If you trust Yahoo:
o
Go to www.downloads.yahoo.com;
o
Find “Toolbox for
Internet Explorer” on this page;
o
Click on
“Download” under that heading;
o
Click on
“Download Yahoo Toolbar”;
o
When queried; you
DO NOT HAVE TO accept “Yahoo” as your home page OR default search engine;
o
Accept the
software license (or you won’t get the download);
o
Download the
Yahoo Toolbar for Internet Explorer; clicking on “Run” twice when it appears.
In my experience this clears
up the “View Shopping Cart” and “Check Out” problems with Internet Explorer.
